Stay Protected

If you reside in the Delhi-NCR region, make sure to wear N95 masks to minimise the risks caused due to toxic air quality. Health experts suggest staying indoors and using air purifiers to prevent exposure to pollutants. Additionally, consuming a healthy diet and including lung cleansing foods are helpful in protecting against hazardous air pollution.
