Sweat & Grit with Rishabh Grover: Effective CrossFit Workout For Intermediates

CrossFit is a high intensity workout plan that strengthens your core and conditions your muscles. All the functional movements including pushing, pulling and squatting are performed at a high intensity level. Workout Plan

Single Under(Skipping) - This aims at increasing cardiovascular endurance that is improving the conditioning of your heart.

Box Jump Over- This exercise works on your lower body endurance. This would also improve your jumping ability.

Deadlift- This is simply your strength movement which works on your lower back, hamstrings and glutes.

How to do skipping

When skipping, make sure you are jumping on your toes and heels off the ground. Additionally, rotate the skipping rope handle with your wrists. Doing this simple exercise can bring astonishing results.

How to do box jump over

Take a box of height 16 inches, 20 inches or 24 inches as per your convenience. Simply jump on the box and get down on the other side. Then jump again and get down on the other side.

How to do deadlift

You would need barbells and some weights to do this exercise.
